I think this cookware is a really great alternative to All Clad Stainless. I have three pieces of the Cuisinart Multiclad and they are all comparable to the All Clad in terms of performance. Careful - you have to take care of these pans. Don't put salt in them unless there is boiling liquid or the pans will pit and I wouldn't recommend putting them in the dishwasher. Another comparable line is the Calphalon Tri-Ply.
